Supervision of PhD studies

All PHD students must have at least two supervisors and one of the supervisors to be appointed as main supervisor. The relationship between supervisors and PhD student is characterized by respect, reciprocity, a constructive and creative spirit and clarity. The supervisors are available for constructive discussions and feedback as agreed with the student.

If you as a PhD student wish to discuss issues concerning supervision, you can turn to the Director of PhD studies at your Department, division manager, staff intendent or the head of the Department. You can also contact the Director of PhD studies at the Faculty of Engineering and the vice dean resposible for PhD studies at LiTH.
